Agree. Plus you can get Energetic was Lee Sa so you don't run into energy problems.
But DwG + Splinter = PURE OWNAGE.

Remove [Renewing Surge] and [Channeled Strike].
They are underpowered.

I agree. Those spells are pretty bad. I would place [vampirism] or [bloodsong] on your bar together with [essence strike], then you can spam AR, SW, Spirit Rift almost non-stop.
EDIT:

Splinter Weapon damage counts as physical damage, but isn't it always the same ammount of damage according to the level of your channeling attribute? I don't think DwG has any influence then, but I'm not sure.

DwG, vampirism, AR, splinter, spirit rift, essence strike, (gole or bloodsong or great dwarf weapon), (rez or some other skill)
There's no reason to not take splinter even though DwG doesn't affect it. It's still the best mob farming skill in the game.

I honestly don't understand why anyone would use Destructive was Glaive over [[Cruel was Daoshen]. Cruel was Daoshen can be spammed much more when used with something like [[Offering of Spirit], it recharges faster, and deals more damage. DwG has a much cooler skill icon though! The fact that you have to keep re-casting DwG every 10 seconds in order to keep that 10% armour penetration on spells just doesn't seem worth it to me - especially since to get any use out of Glaive you need to be near foes enough for it to deal damage when you drop it. Daoshen can be cast well in advance of a fight also, whereas Glaive just disappears after 10 seconds. This is also ignoring the fact that you lose all enchantments.
For more Daoshen-related fun try dual human rits with the following:
[build prof=Rt/P name="Ritualist 1" box chann=12+1+1 restor=10+1 command=8][Offering of Spirit][Cruel was Daoshen][Ancestors' Rage][No Skill]["Make Haste!"][Weapon of Warding][Agony][Soothing Memories][/build]
[build prof=Rt/P name="Ritualist 2" box chann=12+1+1 restor=10+1 command=8][Offering of Spirit][Cruel was Daoshen][Ancestors' Rage][No Skill]["Make Haste!"][Weapon of Shadow][Destruction][Soothing Memories][/build]
In Alliance Battles in particular, it's highly lulz-worthy. The optional skill could be a spirit-destruction skill ([[Feast of [email protected]], [[Gaze of [email protected]]), or [[Essence [email protected]] for additional energy management, perhaps [[Splinter [email protected]] if you team with someone who could use it.
When using the above in PvE or AB, keep Daoshen up as much as possible. Cast spirits just out of range of a mob, aggro the mob and draw them toward the spirit (just so they are in range), charge in and re-cast Daoshen, drop Daoshen and cast Ancestors' Rage. With 2 Ritualists you get 4 × Daoshen + 2 × Ancestors' Rages. Use "Make Haste!" on each other when running between mobs or shrines. This build can be real fun in PvE when playing on your own also, it's just even more fun with 2 human Ritualists.

@ N1ghtstalker: I could concur with most of the others here, but in addition, if you want to use [[Destructive was Glaive], how about mixing in [[Mindbender]? That way you'll maybe be able to cast more spells in between casts of DwG...

I like the idea about DWG but it's just a hard skill, they should make it last 15 sec or cut the cost to 5en.

Why?
The weapon bonuses don't apply when you are carrying around urns.
And DWG already recharges in 10 secs.
Unless of course if you don't spam it.

Conversely...Why not?
A 40/40 set is never a bad thing, and it means he can use that set for other Channeling builds, which are less reliant / build around an item spell.

Yeah that hit me a few minutes too late.
(I saw the urn - and the set - and was like huh?!)
